CELLBLOCK is a patrol-and-react warden sim. The art is the screen. You walk the prison map, tap a cell when an amber alert pulses, and decide what to do with the inmate inside. She wants a phone call, an extra hour in the yard, contraband, a transfer. Grant it and she pays you back the way she's allowed to at her tier: a favor, a kiss, her hands, her mouth, anything. Deny it and her compliance drops. There's no money. The economy is built entirely on what she owes you and what you've let her get away with. Each tier crossing unlocks her next step in her arc. The intake desk plays Papers-Please: you ask the new girl questions, cross-check her answers against her file, catch the lies, and she starts the night already owing you more.
